So dinner last night... it actually started much earlier in the day - with Jan talking about how excited she was to have her Uncrustable sandwiches - I think she had one for breakfast and another during the race. I am a HUGE peanut butter fan - not so much jelly - but I would live off peanut butter if I could - so all this talk about the peanut butter uncrustables gave me a craving - although instead of going out to the store to buy them - I dug out my Pampered Chef cut n seal thingymabober and made them myself! And were they yummy! I might even have to experiment with freezing them and bringing them out on a later date... we'll see! I have one more story from yesterday at Starbuck's but that will have to wait for later - I haven't downloaded the picture yet and it's way past my bedtime - I must go to bed!

Ok, I might have to get one of those cut and seal thingamabobs now! My son and favorite artist friend tim LOVE those uncrustables. It would be so cool to be able to make them some homemade ones! Let me know how they freeze :)
Glad to know that I inspired the dinner selection AND I just realized that I too have one of those thingymabobs...mine is shaped like a pumpkin...I am pretty sure they will freeze great AND I can make it with sunflower seed butter, yummers!
