Why Do They Always Travel With Their Lights Off?

I know, I know... it's been a couple of days - did you not read my last post - life has been hectic! :) So I get home tonight (after a great evening with my peeps) - and what do I see - a sherriff's car in the complex - I'm thinking - lovely - that's what I really like to come home to - and as I'm walking from my car to my condo - another shows up - with his lights off. Why do they always travel with their lights off? It's not like he was really sneaking up on anyone - there was another sherriff's car already in the complex! Anyway - enough for tonight - will post a couple of mom stories tomorrow.
